The Workflow: Zero-Friction Consultations

I see attorneys wasting an absurd amount of time playing email ping-pong just to schedule a 15-minute initial consultation. Calendly solves this, obviously. But Calendly also slaps you with a persistent monthly subscription fee just to access basic table-stakes features like payment collection or syncing multiple calendars. I hate recurring fees for simple utilities.

The Verdict

Look, does it have the massive enterprise-team-routing features of Calendly? No. But you are a solo practitioner. It does exactly what you need it to do, but for a single, one-time payment of $29 instead of tracking another monthly SaaS charge. I bought it, mapped it to my custom domain, and haven’t looked back. It is arguably the easiest $29 a solo attorney can spend to immediately stop bleeding billable time to scheduling admin.
